The diaphragm muscle that separates the lungs from the stomach and liver, can be irritated by many circumstances, leading to hiccups: accumulation of gases to talk while eating, drinking soft drinks, hot or spicy take substances, laugh too much, mental health, etc.<span id="more-90"></span></p>
<p>Foods That Heal:<br />
- Vinegar: a teaspoon of vinegar drink at once, can relieve hiccups.<br />
- Sugar and water: suddenly take a spoonful of sugar and then a glass of water.<br />
- Teas Valerian: Helps relax and soothe the respiratory muscles hiccups.<br />
- Glass of water: Drink a glass of water on the side furthest from the side as usual.</p>
<p>Other tips<br />
- Deep breathing. Take the head back as possible (to stretch the neck as much as possible) and breathe deeply for ten to fifteen times. Thus, the diaphragm will calm down and will stop hiccups.<br />
- Do not abuse the gas, do not talk while chewing, avoid hot foods.</p>
