Dinner: two boiled eggs and grapefruit.
* Wednesday
Lunch: Two lamb chops, celery, cucumber and coffee without sugar.
Dinner: two boiled eggs, spinach and tomatoes.
* Thursday
Lunch: two boiled eggs, cheese, boiled cauliflower and a slice of toasted bread.
Dinner: two boiled eggs, spinach, tomato and coffee without sugar.
* Friday
Lunch: boiled fish v without oil, lemon juice and a slice of toast.
Dinner: two boiled eggs, spinach and coffee without sugar.
* Saturday
Lunch: a churrasco (beef steak), tomato and grapefruit.
Dinner: a fruit salad anyone (the amount you want)
* Sunday
Lunch: grilled chicken and grated carrot.
Dinner: grilled chicken, tomatoes and grapefruit.

Please note

The Mayo Clinic diet is low in calories, fat burns very quickly and can cause acidosis and ketosis.
On the other hand takes a lot of protein than usual which may lead to renal overload and insufficient intake of other foods.
