Food Against Sickness
Hormonal changes during pregnancy, cause nausea, vomiting or constipation. To avoid them is recommended:
* Make more meals a day.
* Swallowing liquids between meals and not during them.
* Limit fatty foods and select easily digestible as cereals.
The consumption of breakfast cereals is an aid in improving nutritional status of pregnant for the contribution of iron and folic acid. Try to buy high in fiber (at least 5 grams) and sugar with the least possible (no more than 8 grams).
