What is egg diet

2005 Enhanced Studies at the University of Louisiana United States concluded that the egg has very little fat compared with all dietary components and many virtues as a complete nutrient that ensures a balanced diet and calorie.

Sample menu for the egg diet

The egg is a great food, its proteins are better than most meats and fish. It is rich in amino acids, most are included in the egg and the high level of vitamins, minerals, etc.. make it a very complete food.

All this, plus the above, makes the diet of the egg in a good way to lose weight quickly without stretching too much food.
