1. Wise eat meat

we will eat red meat, choose a thin and no fat white or commonly called lard. Because these fats can trigger your body weight increase. According to the journal Cancer, women who have overweight or obese at greater risk for breast cancer than women who have normal weight.

2. Reduce consumption of canned foods and fast food

Busyness often makes us want to fast-paced everything, including the selection of food. The reason often wakes up late to make some of your breakfast with a lot of instant noodles, canned food or other junk food. It should be reduced or even eliminated. You should eat breakfast with the quality of food intake such as milk and bread wheat. Please remember, that canned or instant foods contain preservatives that act as triggers of breast cancer. The size of the tumor is not more than 2 to 2.25 cm, and there is no distribution (metastase) in the armpit lymph nodes. At this stage I, the possibility of perfect healing was 70%. To check or not there metastase to other parts of the body, must be examined in the laboratory.

  • Stage II

Tumor was larger than 2.25 cm and has happened metastase lymph nodes in the armpit. At this stage, the possibility to recover only 30 – 40% depending on the extent of the spread of cancer cells. In stage I and II are usually performed surgery to remove cancer cells that have spread to all parts, and radiation after surgery performed to ensure there are no more cancer cells left behind. The breast cancer (breast cancer) is one of the greatest murderers of women in the world. In USA, one in seven women will develop breast cancer. The best weapon we have right now is to detect it early. If detected at early stages can tratársele and chances of defeating them are great. It is therefore very important to have frequent blood tests. Although controversial at present the most mammograms are recommended to detect breast cancer. There are two main types of traditional mammography and digital. In women under 50 digital mammograms have proven more accurate.

Doctors recommend mammograms after age 35. The physician indicates the frequency of these tests depending on the risk of each patient. The risk depends on the family heritage, lifestyle and age. In women over 50 years the risk is higher. But although the incidence of cancer is lower in young women does not mean that women under 35 are immune to this disease.

Doctors also recommend having self-exams. The frequency depends on the age and potential risk of the patient. Usually once a month is recommended. Have this self-breast exam is easy and only takes a few minutes. You can ask your doctor how to do it or you can follow the steps recommended by the associations for cancer in USA.

Self Breast Exam

  1. Standing in front of a mirror, look at your breasts, size, shape, color and direction of your nipples and breasts. Raise your arms and back notes.
  2. Raise one arm and place it beside the body separately. With the other hand felt around the breast. With an open hand palpated the entire area of the breast, including the armpits and breasts themselves. Try to identify dense areas. If you notice a lump, ball or lump do not panic but check with your doctor soon.
  3. Now go to bed with an outstretched hand to his head and tries to feel again. As in the previous case are trying to look for lumps or new formations.
  4. Repeat with each breast
