take down the person, open the airway and place in the “security position”. To do this, turn the subject’s head slowly towards oneself, to stretch the arm closest to us placing it alongside the body, stretch also the same side leg, bend the other arm and one leg so that it rests in a lateral position. So keep the airway open and avoid aspiring saliva or vomit.
Drug:

When You Bleeding
Faced with a bleeding is to remove clothing covering the wound to locate it. The first step of our action will put a sterile dressing or clean as possible (on gauze or a handkerchief) and wound press hard for about 10 minutes. If we have to attend to other injuries we can apply a pressure dressing with a bandage or improvise with a handkerchief, leaving the knot of the bandage on the bleeding point, it is the point where the loudest. After this time how it’s still bleeding and if so should raise the bloody end to reduce the blood supply to it. If not yield must be compressed into a point higher bleeding, if the wound is in the arm to compress the brachial artery at the biceps, and if the leg is pressed onto the femoral artery located in groin. Never apply a tourniquet, because it is a procedure of last resort, which could lead to gangrene.
If instead of a hematoma is bleeding, just ice on the area to keep swelling down. This method is effective only if applied within minutes. Then you can place a gauze bandage or compress the area for about 30 minutes, then remove.
Sprains

A sprain is an injury to the ligaments that hold the two bones forming a joint. If the injury is so important that the ligament can no longer hold the bones in place and they are separated, is a dislocation diagnosed.
The difference between a sprain and a dislocation is that the first bone position is unchanged, while the dislocation bones are separated and that separation greater than normal can be seen on a radiograph.
Essentially forcing the ceiling of joint movement. The most common mechanisms by which it produces are:
- The excessive jerky movements, which are beyond the range of motion that allows the joint, so that is stretched or torn ligament that holds the two bones.
- Accidents typically car in the outer movements are combined with external forces.
The most common location is usually the ankle. Faced with a twist has to follow the pattern with the acronym RICE: rest, ice (ice), compression and elevation. First, do not walk when you have a sprained ankle. Second, apply an ice bag or wrapped in a handkerchief during the first 6 hours. Third, put a layer of mulch that serves as cotton, then make a firm bandage always starting from the toes to the ankle and then up toward the leg in a circular motion. Fourth, keep your foot elevated and does not rest on the ground.

- If the allergen has been injected into an arm (injection, …), bee sting can be a tourniquet to try to delay their action. Must loosen every 5 minutes to avoid further complications.
- Sprays can also be used to produce bronchodilation betamimetics drugs.
- Some patients have had previous similar reactions, and carry with them vials of adrenaline for subcutaneous self-administration, which is the drug of choice for these situations.
- If there is shock, is treated by intravascular volume expansion with IV administration of sera
